Can I just tell you?!

Marathon Man made a fabulous breakfast for the family this morning.  His Sunday breakfasts are actually kind of legendary.  Today, he started out with cinnamon rolls, fresh pineapple chunks and red grapes, and bacon wrapped pineapple.  He finished it off with a bacon, egg and hash brown wrap.  And, yes, I did say bacon wrapped pineapple.

Oh yeah. They’re as yummy as they sound.  The combo of the sweet, juicy pineapple and crunchy salty bacon is making my mouth water just thinking about it. But, wait…there’s more!  It’s a  low cal food.  According to Livestrong.com, the pineapple chunk is a mere 13 calories and a slice of pan-fried bacon is 42 calories.  You can make three of these with one slice of bacon, which means each one a mere 27 calories!
