Not so Fat Tuesday

I woke up this morning TWO pounds lighter!   That brings the running total to 32 pounds of fat GONE.

Today is Fat Tuesday.

Typically, I’d have a paczki for breakfast and anything and everything chocolate and fried to eat the rest of the day.

No paczkis for me today!
This is a delicious Polish pastry, No paczkis for me today!

Not today.  Today, I have a goal to reach.

So I will “Circle Slash” that packzi, stay away from the deep fried cheese curds, and wave at the cupcake store as I drive by.

From now on, today is “Healthy Tuesday”.
