After trying some different exercises to make me sweat (like the doctor said), I decided to go back to doing the things that I really enjoy…squats. I feel great during and after a squats workout and THAT increases the chances of me actually getting out of bed and moving. There are 90 second rests between sets and I’ve been using that time to work on cardio. WIN!
Little Minion and I are doing our first 5k of the year in a couple of weeks. I’m pretty psyched about that too.
Here’s to a downward trend!
